Rocky Road Fudge

Ingredients:

• 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk

• 12 ounces chocolate chips

• 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

• 2 heaping spoonfuls of marshmallow fluff

• 1 cup mini marshmallows

• 1-1 1/2 cups dry roasted peanuts

Instructions:

1. In a pot over medium heat add your sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter and chocolate chips and stir until well combined and smooth

2. Turn off the heat to your pot and add your marshmallow fluff and stir to combine

3. Add the mini marshmallows and peanuts and stir in to evenly distribute in the mixture

4. Pour the fudge into a parchment lined baking dish and spread evenly. I used an 8x8

5. Leave at room temperature or refrigerate to allow to fully cool and firm up

6. Enjoy!
