Italian Breakfast Bake
Breakfast with an Italian twist!

Ingredients:
2 cans of cannellini beans
1/2- 1 cup tomato sauce
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1-2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup chopped parsley
5 eggs
Instructions:
Place your cast iron skillet on medium heat and add your 2 cans of beans
Add your tomato sauce and chopped garlic and stir
Mix in about a 1/4 cup of cheese then sprinkle another 1/4 to 1/2 cup cheese on the top
Using a spoon create 5 small holes or pockets .
Crack or spoon in an egg into each opening
Sprinkle on some more mozzarella cheese and place in the oven at 350 degrees and bake for 8-10 minutes
Add some chopped parsley to the top
