Chocolate Caramel Nut Balls

Ingredients:
2 - 13.4 ounce cans of Nestle dulce la leche caramel
2 cups salted peanuts
2-3 cups melted chocolate roughly 20 ounces
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl add your 2 cans caramel sauce
Add about 1-2 cups of peanut and blend to reach the consistency and nut ratio you would prefer
Using a Mellon baller scoop of regular spoon creat individual dollops or balls and place them on a lightly greased parchment lined baking sheet
Place a toothpick into each of your balls for easy handling later and place in the freezer for about an hour
Take some of your favorite melting chocolate and melt about 20 ounces of chocolate
Take your frozen caramel balls and dip each one into the warm chocolate letting excess chocolate dip off before placing back on the parchment sheet.
Remove the toothpicks once all dipping is completed and allow the chocolate to cool and firm up.
